Leisure Pools has developed a network of highly motivated franchisees both throughout Australia and overseas. Some of our franchisees have had no experience in the swimming pool industry and have been trained on all aspects of the swimming pool business from sales to installation. Other franchisees have come from the building industry or are existing concrete and/or fibreglass swimming pool installers who have become part of the Leisure Pools family.

Depending upon the area that your franchise covers determines how your franchise is positioned. For franchisees that operate in small country towns the franchisee will generally run his or her business from home and will have a swimming pool installed in their residence for purposes of display. In larger populated areas franchisees may operate from a display where they may have anything from one pool to five pools on display. We generally find that the majority of franchisees are a husband and wife team or alternatively are two individuals, one with sales experience and the other with building experience.

With your franchise comes the support from Leisure Pools of highly experienced individuals who can train you on how to market and sell a fibreglass swimming pool to how to correctly install a fibreglass swimming pool. Training in these areas is provided to assist you as much as possible in developing a successful business.
