Leisure Pools has developed a network of highly motivated dealers both throughout Australia and overseas. Some of our dealers have had no experience in the swimming pool industry and have been trained on all aspects of the swimming pool business from sales to installation. Other dealers have come from the building industry or are existing concrete and/or fibreglass swimming pool installers who have become part of the Leisure Pools family.
Depending upon the area that your dealership covers determines how your dealership is positioned. For dealers that operate in small country towns the dealer will generally run his or her business from home and will have a swimming pool installed in their residence for purposes of display. In larger populated areas dealers may operate from a display where they may have anything from one pool to ten pools on display. We generally find that the majority of dealers are a husband and wife team or alternatively are two individuals, one with sales experience and the other with building experience.
With your dealership comes the support from Leisure Pools of highly experienced individuals who can train you on how to market and sell a fibreglass swimming pool to how to correctly install a fibreglass swimming pool. Training in these areas is provided to assist you as much as possible in developing a successful business.
